Simply line blast chillers/shock frezzers have a AISI 304 stainless steel monobloc structure, with scotch-brite external satin finish, 60 mm high density polyurethane foam insulation (40 kg/m3), a cell with radiated internal corners and diamond-studded base with water drain and adjustable stainless steel feet. The evaporator is easy to access and easy to clean, as are the easily removable wire shelves. The latter are suitable for holding GN 1/1 basins or EURONORM 60x40 trays.
The spring-operated door is reversible and fitted with a removable magnetic seal; it is also fitted with a micro door for stopping the fan when the door is open. The central sensor comes as standard; it is also available in a heated version.
The frontal air circulation inside the technical compartment allows for even air flow distribution throughout the technical compartment.
The unit also comes with:
• Electronic control panel for programming cooling or freezing cycles;
• Air condensation
• CFC and HCFC FREE.
ELECTRONIC CARD
Hard and soft cycles, time and temperature cycles, automatic storage conversion as soon as the temperature reduction (cooling) cycle comes to an end, SET key for selecting positive and negative operation, and FOR TIME key in order to set a timed cycle.
