Information on the protection of personal information as per art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03

Personal information collected in this form, as well as any other information which may be associated with you, whether directly or indirectly, are handled and used in compliance with Legislative Decree no.196/2003 ("Code concerning the protection of personal information"). In accordance with and pursuant to art. 13 of the Code,  Ilsa s.p.a. informs you that the data you have provided is handled through information system instruments and procedures, for the following purposes:
- to answer the questions you may have asked
- to keep a database of the most frequent questions, suggestions and communications
The furnishing of registration data is obligatory, and failure to provide this data, whether wholly or in part, when this data is expressly indicated as necessary for the fulfilment of purpose will make it possible to answer your questions.
The data you have provided may be used only by employees of Ilsa s.p.a. specifically authorized to handle this data as per art. 30 Legislative Decree 196/03, only to perfect the activities you have requested. Those responsible are held to secrecy and  confidentiality, also in compliance with internal regulations for this purpose.
The data will under no circumstances be released.

You may at any time exercise your rights as concerns the owner of the data, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience is included here:
 
Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
Art. 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The individual has the right to confirm whether personal data concerning him exists or not, even if it  has not yet been recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
2. The individual has the right to obtain information concerning:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of handling;
c) the logic applied in the case of handling carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) identification information of the owner, of the individuals responsible and of the designated representative as per article 5, section 2;
e) the individuals and categories of individuals to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the territory of the nation, of responsible or assigned individuals.
3. The individual has the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction, or when in his/her interest, the integration of data;
b) the deletion, the anonymous transformation or the withholding of data handled in violation of the law, including that for which conservation is not required based on the purpose for which the data was collected and subsequently handled;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) above have been communicated, including their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or issued, except if this requirement is impossible to fulfil involves means which are clearly not proportional to the protected right.
4. The individual may object, wholly or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the handling of personal data which concerns him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
b) to the handling of personal data which concerns him/her for the forwarding of advertising material or direct sales, or for the market research or commercial communication.
