Alimenti is a training organisation that, for seven years, has been contributing to the professional growth of operators in the main food sectors: kitchens, confectioner's, delicatessens, ice-cream shops, bakers, chocolate makers, pizza parlours, bars and cafeteria services.
Through these years, CAST Alimenti has become one of the most important organisations, if not the most important, for professional refreshing thanks, above all, to its technical expertise, the great prestige of the teachers and, last but not least, to the educational effectiveness of the courses.
Proof of the prestige earned in professional spheres and confirmation of the high quality of the technical equipment in its specialized laboratories, CAST Alimenti is promotor, partner and the headquarters for training and selecting the Italian teams that take part in international confectionery, ice-cream making, cookery and bakery contests. CAST Alimenti is also the headquarters of the Italian Master Confectioners Academy, of the Master Ice-Cream Makers Union, of the Richemont Club, Italian section (the oldest association for promoting excellence and mastery in the bread-making at world level) and of other associations in the eno-gastronomy fields.
