Ever since it was founded, ILSA has considered quality as a major priority. As a result of this philosophy, today we have reached a highly organized level of control which includes:
- computerized order management by means of SAP
- inspeciton of incoming raw materials
- operational testing of every product in accordance with current standards
- final inspection prior to shipment
- computer filing and periodic review of all received defect claims
- All of these activities are supported by a quality manual which contains the major procedures and the support documentation.
The result of our efforts, besides ensuring high quality service, has made it possible to meet the needs of markets which are typically very demanding, thanks to the attainment of the following international certifications:
"NF" (hygiene and safety certification for the French market)
"ETL" (hygiene and safety certification for the American market)
The next goal of ILSA is to obtain the SGQ certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, for which the necessary steps are already being taken.
