PERIODS WHEN THE APPLIANCE IS NOT USED
In such a case we suggest:
1) taking the plug out after first turning the main switch off (OFF position).
2) emptying the cabinet and cleaning it thoroughly (see cleaning)
3) leaving the doors ajar to avoid mould and/or unpleasant odours forming.
