ISO 9001 certification attests the conformity of the quality management system to the specifications required by international standards. The ISO 9001 standards certify that the company’s quality management system has been qualified as conforming to a standard of excellence.
The Intertek ETL Mark is a safety symbol across North America (USA and Canada). It indicates that the ILSA product has been tested by an accredited third party laboratory in compliance with applicable safety standards and minimum requirements and is approved for sale and distribution in North America.
The ETL Sanitation mark is proof that the product can be used in the production of food for human consumption or in environments where such food is produced. It also certifies that the production plant complies with a number of conditions of conformity and is subject to periodic inspections to ensure its regular maintenance.
The IEC60335 certification attests the conformity to international standards related to electrical safety (valid for all cooking and refrigeration equipment with 60Hz). This important certificate allows us to obtain the necessary documents for export to Saudi Arabia.
For the health and safety of consumers, Ilsa certifies that all equipment meets the minimum requirements for the EC Conformity Declaration. The mandatory CE Gas Certification attests the conformity to the European Directive 2009/142/CE.
The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is considered the most prestigious international competition in the world of patisserie.
Created in 1989 on the initiative of MOF Gabriel Paillasson, its mission is to promote and enhance excellence and professionalism in the field of patisserie.
ILSA is the official sponsor of the Club de la Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie – Italie, chaired by Alessandro Dalmasso, who, together with the World Champions of previous editions, is responsible for the selection, training and preparation of the Italian national team.
