Since 1989, when its Pizza Counter came onto the market, Ilsa has become the ideal partner for pizza makers and pizzerias: an Ilsa Pizza Counter is not just a shelf for kneading and stuffing, it is a fully equipped tool where everything is at hand to make every pizza to perfection. From the chilled display window with container holder for ingredients, designed to be functional and versatile, to the refrigeration system that allows optimal conservation of raw materials and preserves their freshness over time. The thickness of the glass is such that the display window can also be used as a support shelf for dishes, drawer units and refrigerated elements integrate the pizza counter according to customer requirements, allowing great flexibility in the composition of workstations. The refrigerated base units can be equipped with drawers to keep the pizza dough balls at their best with minimum energy consumption. Thanks to Ilsa solutions, space is optimised and work is greatly simplified.

A modular line to suit every need

The one, two, three and four door preparation tables offer a wide choice of layouts to suit each customer’s needs as much as possible. They are mounted on height-adjustable feet and come in depths of 70, 80 and 86 cm to create a work area of the desired width. They are then completed with tops in pink Sardinian granite, treated with water polishing to ensure minimum porosity, or with tops in stainless steel AISI 304 Cr-Ni 18/10. All modular elements, drawer units, refrigerated elements and neutral elements are entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 Cr-Ni 18/10, in full compliance with current health and hygiene regulations and according to robustness and functionality criteria. Long-lasting, functional and easy to clean, they are the essential professional equipment for every pizzeria and the ideal work companion for every pizza chef.
