Once again this year, we will be exhibiting at SIGEP: the event that, more than any other, allows us to meet professionals from the pastry, ice cream and catering sectors in person, listen to their needs and introduce technologies that can really make a difference in their daily work. From the 16th to the 20th of January 2026, we will be bringing our range of professional equipment to the Rimini Exhibition Centre.

The advanced electronic system automatically regulates humidity and temperature, allowing fermentation to be stopped and restarted according to production needs. This makes it possible to plan work flexibly, preparing dough for the following day in advance and extending night-time rest hours.
