Under the worktops, it is possible to insert drawer units, cupboards (open, with hinged door and also corner), tray racks, and hoppers. Refrigerated elements and blast chillers/freezers can also be installed. Wall units and trolleys complete the range. The products are made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, which guarantees reliability, hygiene and durability.

ILSA cabinets and counters

ILSA refrigerated cabinets not only allow food to be stored properly, they can also make the kitchen a more organised and efficient system. They are designed to optimise the space inside the cabinet. The NEOS models in particular offer great flexibility in the internal storage of trays, thanks to stainless steel racks with a 25 mm pitch. Indirect ventilation cools evenly, allowing the full width and depth of the cabinet to be used. There are no hot or cold zones. Products are always stored at the right temperature and humidity. The design of the refrigerated tables and the ducted ventilation technology at the rear are also designed to maximise storage space and ensure temperature homogeneity. As well as providing a solid surface for dough and recipe preparation, the refrigerated counters allow the space underneath to be used to store and keep the necessary ingredients at hand.

Refrigerated display windows

Refrigerated display windows fulfil the dual role of presenting food to customers and providing ideal storage conditions. They enable compliance with the maximum food display temperatures required by HACCP regulations. They can be fitted without glass or with flat glass panels and can accommodate different combinations of Gastronorm containers in stainless steel or polycarbonate to meet every need for flexibility and functionality. They are designed with an important insulation layer and are energy efficient to guarantee a reduction in energy consumption and costs.
